Understanding the model

Concierge care
in Bethesda.

What membership makes possible

Anchor Point Medicine offers membership-based primary care for individuals and families in Bethesda, MD. A deliberately small practice creates room for longer visits, direct physician access, and a relationship that develops over time.

Adult primary care is complemented by acute care and medical guidance for children; see pediatric scope. Matthew V. Speicher, DO, MBA, FACEP founded the practice around continuity, trust, and personal responsibility.

How is it different from concierge care?

Traditional concierge practices often combine a membership fee with insurance billing for clinical visits. Anchor Point provides included membership care outside routine insurance billing, with no copays for included visits.

Practices vary. Our FAQ offers a brief explanation of the model.

Care for everyday needs

Membership covers primary and preventive care, acute illness and injury evaluation, chronic disease management, selected in-office diagnostics and procedures, and care coordination. Explore the full Care & Services page.

Keep your health insurance

Membership does not replace health insurance. See membership boundaries for details.
