FAQs
Good to know...
Is this concierge medicine?
Yes, with the time, access, and close physician relationship people expect. Included membership visits are provided directly and are not billed to insurance.
Do I still need health insurance?
Yes. Insurance remains important for specialists, hospitals, emergency care, imaging, medications, outside labs, and other services outside your membership.

Anchor Point does not currently accept Medicare or TRICARE beneficiaries for membership.
How does care for children work?
Anchor Point provides acute illness and injury care, sports physicals, medical guidance, and family-level coordination. Routine well-child care, immunizations, and ongoing pediatric prevention remain with your child’s pediatrician.
What does proactive care mean?
Each year begins with a comprehensive health review and personalized plan, with a personal check-in every month, a planned six-month review and ongoing attention to results, referrals, and preventive priorities.
What concerns should I contact you about?
Symptoms, results, referrals, illness, injury, medications, travel questions, or family health decisions that would benefit from thoughtful medical judgment.
How does membership billing work?
Annual and semiannual billing are available at the stated annual rate. Quarterly billing carries a modestly higher total. Monthly figures are budgeting equivalents, not monthly payment options. See membership details.
